Frequently Asked Questions

What is your shipping time?

Orders are shipped in the order they are received so please avoid waiting until the last minute to order. We recommend ordering at least 7 to 10 business days in advance to insure your order is received before needing it. Orders ship from our facility (depending on weekends, time of year and holidays) within 1-7 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Once shipped, orders usually take 3-5 business days via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, to arrive at their U.S. destination. Weekends, holidays and disasters may prolong the delivery of orders.
Custom orders may take longer to ship due to not being an on the shelf item, specifications, materials in stock and set up process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship outside the United States via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Contact us for International order inquiries and shipping costs.

What is your warranty or return policy on your tackle?

No fishing lure is totally indestructible but it is our commitment to manufacture the highest quality gear available and take care of our friendly customers who use it. As we continue to grow, some of our products may go through changes that correct an unforeseen matter or improve the lure. Weaver Bros Tackle Company backs its brand and will provide free replacement lures for lures that become problematic from manufacturing issues or damage in shipping, at our discretion. Normal wear and tear or neglect are not eligible for our replacement offer. To take advantage of our warranty offer, contact us via email. Kindly provide us with an explanation of the issues and please add any photos that can help us disseminate what may have caused the damage. Once reviewed a shipping address to mail the damaged goods to us will be sent to you upon approval of your request. Products must be returned to us before our replacement offer is honored. Although this is not common Weaver Bros Tackle Company reserves the right to reject and/or cancel our replacement offer service to customers who are fraudulent, rude, demanding or insulting in any way.

Will you meet for pick-up?

Yes absolutely!! Upon Checkout you can select meet for pickup but it is only valid on orders $20.00 or more and we will not go out of our way to meet it will be a scheduled date and time of our choosing so sometimes getting it shipped to your doorstep can be easier.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes we do!! Custom orders are subject to a minimum order of the maximum amount of plastics the mold can make. Setting up and making custom colors costs more money in product, setup and cleanup of our equipment which is why we charge more for custom orders. Custom orders are subject to an increased price with which the customer will be notified upon agreement of colors they would like.
